DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY LISTING IF YOU ARE HANDLING THE MANAGEMENT?
Yes, absolutely! The property is yours so you will have full access to block dates or make dates available. You will be able to monitor the listing activity online and receive profits immediately as they become available. We will also send you quarterly reports and analytics about profits, expenses, occupancy, and reviews.
CAN I CLEAN MY PROPERTY MYSELF?
This depends on our arrangement. If we are handling the management we would prefer to make sure the cleaning meets our brand standards. Our years of experience have clued us in on all of the details that guests notice when it comes to cleaning between listings. We also have an efficient system that logs photos of the rental before and after each guest to ensure our standards are met and serve as insurance if anything goes wrong during the next rental.
If we are simply consulting and coaching, then of course! We will gladly guide you and give you advice.
ARE YOU ASSOCIATED WITH OR SPONSORED BY AIRBNB?
We are not employed by or associated with Airbnb or any other STR hosting site. We are independent consultants and co-hosts who have a passion for the home-sharing model.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE THERE WITH FULL MANAGEMENT?
This is our favorite thing to do so when you allow us to run your listing we do our best to offer you all that we can! With full management we will start from the beginning - creating and developing your listing under our brand name. This process also involves consultations on how the process and STR works and what to expect, space planning and design, and market rate comparison. We will formulate lists of supplies that we recommend or require from cleaning gear to technology. Monica will come in and help stage and professionally photograph the property and all of its special details. We will clean and turnover the property between guests and record the result to ensure standards are being met and as a form of insurance should anything go wrong during a guests stay. This process serves as "damage advocacy" if we ever needed to file a claim with Airbnb. While that is something we have done less than a handful of times in our Airbnb experience, we are prepared to help you if needed. Additionally, we can recommend specific brands, products, and vendors and manage the listing's inventory. You will be able to monitor the listing online as well as all of its activity and receive profits immediately as they become available - directly from Airbnb. We will send you quarterly analytics and profit statements so you have a clear picture of how things are going. Ultimately, we are here to help you reach your STR goals while you allow us to continue doing the work that we love.
